Is this tax advice?
No. Tyso Receipts is a record-keeping tool, not tax or BAS advice. Tags and totals are suggestions based on what tradies commonly claim. Confirm your claims with a registered tax agent or BAS agent before you lodge.
Where do my receipt images live?
Every photo is stored privately against your account, and only you can see it. Digital copies are fine with the ATO as long as they are true and clear. We keep them so your records stay complete for the five years the ATO asks for.
What happens if I cancel?
Your receipts stay yours. Cancelling drops you back to the free plan, and everything you have already scanned stays in your account. You can still open it, search it, and export a CSV.
Is Pro really unlimited scans?
Yes. Free gives you ten scans a month. Pro lifts the cap entirely, so a busy week never stops you mid-shoebox. No per-scan charge, no fair-use asterisk.
Can my accountant use it?
That is the point of the accountant pack. Pro exports a single .zip with your receipts, a line-item spreadsheet, and every original image, named to match. Your bookkeeper imports it and gets on with the work.
Do old receipts work?
Yes. Scan a receipt from any financial year and it lands in the right year automatically. Catching up on a past year works the same as keeping this one tidy.
